Terms of trade

This is a working draft covering the basics of pricing and how the work is carried out. It hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer yet.

Estimates and pricing

We diagnose before we estimate, and we confirm a price with you before starting any repair work. All prices include GST.

If we find additional faults once work has started, we’ll contact you before doing any further work beyond what was originally agreed.

Payment

We accept online payment (prior to vehicle pickup), cash, EFTPOS, and Visa or Mastercard. Account customers can pay on account with prior approval. Afterpay is coming soon.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call us as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
